Confidential information
LLC "SERTIS-CENTER" shall protect the confidential information and property rights of the applicant and shall make all necessary attempts to protect confidential information received from the applicant during the whole process of certification under the applicable law.
LLC "SERTIS-CENTER" confidentiality policy is the scope of preventive actions to protect confidential data and information which is aimed at the protection of the applicants’ property rights.
LLC "SERTIS-CENTER" shall not disclose any information to the third party without the written consent of the applicant if otherwise stated in applicable law of Ukraine.
If there is the case that a part or the whole of information is disclosed under applicable law to the third party LLC "SERTIS-CENTER" shall notify the applicant of the receiving party.
